If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or feeling stuck, I can help. I provide a safe and caring environment for my clients to feel validated, encouraged, and hopeful. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I use evidence-based and goal-directed treatments. My hope is to help you reach your potential and flourish. Therapy within a Christian framework is offered upon request. I am currently offering both telehealth and in-person appointments.
During our first session, I seek to understand you, your needs, and your situation with compassion and empathy. Together, we discuss treatment goals and I provide insight, strategies, and tools to help you start getting unstuck. Clients leave their first session feeling heard, validated, and hopeful with an action plan towards wellness.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, learning Spanish, exercising, reading, and helping others. I offer free phone consultations for you to ask questions and see if I am a good fit for you. I look forward to hearing from you.
