Life can sometimes feel like a lonely journey full of obstacles and challenges. I am passionate about facilitating a non-judgmental environment during your journey of finding health and restoration. By honoring what has led you to therapy, I provide a safe space to discover the underlying issues of life's challenges. I desire to validate and truly understand your deepest concerns, by providing compassion and a safe space to flourish and grow.
I specialize in issues related to anxiety, trauma, and depression. I use an integrated approach to treatment, by adopting a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities to my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I am trained in TF-CBT and often draw from Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused techniques.
