In my ten years as a psychotherapist, I have treated a patient population that struggles with anxiety, depression, and issues that arise during life changes and role transitions. It is my goal as a therapist to help my patients gain a deeper understanding of their motivations, emotional reactions, and thought processes, improving not only their self-esteem but their relationships as well.

Before starting my private practice, I worked as a therapist at Mount Sinai Hospital, which provided me with unique opportunities to advance my clinical training. On top of my graduate degree, I have received advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and completed a post-graduate practicum in psychodynamic theory and cognitive behavioral therapy.
