Hi! My name is Emily, my goal is to meet you where you are! I want to work with you to reach the goals and outcomes that YOU want. I approach therapy in a calm, non judgmental setting, hoping to create a safe space for you to explore and learn about yourself.
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. I am experienced in working with parents and their children, having family sessions as well as individual sessions! I have experience in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, struggling with stress management and self esteem.
