Emily (Em) is passionate about helping individuals and couples find and obtain sustained healing. Em primarily utilizes emotion-focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness, guided imagery, and accelerated resolution therapy (ART) to help clients gain awareness into their emotions, identify their needs, and heal from addictions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Em has worked in the field of mental health for almost a decade. She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment. Em received her master's degree in counseling from Regis University in 2021.
In her free time, Em enjoys reading, writing poetry, kickboxing, and spending time with her friends and loved ones.
