I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) who works with adults, adolescents, and children. Words are often not enough to articulate and make sense of difficult experiences and emotions. Through the process of art therapy, I help individuals gain insight, increase mindfulness, and move towards healing.
Therapy starts with a supportive relationship in a welcoming environment. I take a collaborative approach with clients and use a combination of art therapy and talk therapy approaches to best support their therapy goals. Areas of specialty include anxiety, neurodiversity, life transitions, relationships, depression, trauma, and grief and loss.
