If life feels too overwhelming to navigate on your own, I want to help. I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they seek understanding, acceptance, and tools to cope effectively with personal challenges. I particularly enjoy working on cases involving life transitions, women’s issues, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. My goal is for my clients to have a positive experience in therapy where they can feel safe to express themselves and learn to better recognize their own personal strength and resilience.
I have experience working with people across the lifespan in community mental health, college counseling, and partial hospitalization settings. I utilize a person-centered approach that prioritizes empathy, genuineness, and non-judgement. Much of my training is in CBT and DBT, but I also enjoy exploration of attachment, systems, and psychodynamic concepts.
I recognize that starting therapy can be a huge step for many, and it would be a privilege to guide you through this process. I am currently accepting new clients both in-person and via telehealth.
