My goal in therapy is to hold a compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner lives and make day-to-day life better, one step at a time. I utilize a variety of evidenced-based approaches, including cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I help clients connect their mind and body when it comes to healing from traumatic and difficult life experiences. My clients report that connecting the mind and body promote a greater sense of goundedness and authenticity.
I help clients experiencing a wide range of challenges. I am especially experienced in addressing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I deeply value the wide range of identities and lived experiences people have and I am happy to work with folks of all sexualities, gender identities, races, and ethnicities.
The initial consultation that I offer is free and gives you the chance to see whether you feel I'd be a good fit for you. I also do my best in the consultations to determine whether I am able to support you with what you are experiencing. All sessions take place virtually.
