In my practice with couples, I will help you and your partner gain the skills to feel understood, connected, and hopeful for the future.
I specialize in working with adults and teens struggling with Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, as well as Addiction. For Individuals, use evidence-based modalities of treatment, such as EMDR, ACT, and Mindfulness-Based (MBCT). For couples, I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
