I help adolescents and adults improve the relationship they have with themselves, which in turn improves the relationships they have with others. I help clients get comfortable with digging deep to explore the sources of distress that interfere within such relationships. I help clients understand "why" they are experiencing "negative" emotions, process feelings that have been suppressed, stop avoiding fears, and resolve behaviors that are causing them shame or guilt. Overtime, clients build their self-esteem, self-awareness, and ability to express themselves; reducing both internal and external conflict.
I use an eclectic approach with all of my clients as I believe individuals are too complex to be limited to only specific types of treatment. I am passionate about teaching my clients lifelong skills that become natural and easy to apply in various situations. I enjoy being personable and using humor when appropriate, to let you see that I'm human too.

I will always assure you that you are in a safe, patient, and nonjudgemental space.
