I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and working with teens and their parents. I know it can be difficult to navigate relationships, to feel connected to your partner, to experience depression and anxiety, to be faced with faith challenges, to not know how to deal with a past trauma, and to experience feelings of worthlessness and confusion with who you really are. It can feel difficult to know what steps to take to find peace and balance again. I believe in the ability to change as individuals, couples, and families and desire to meet you where you're at so you can get to where you want to be.
I am trained in Level 1 and Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a protocol that provides extra help for the treatment and healing of trauma.
