I support my clients through navigating challenges with life transitions, depression, anxiety, communication and relationships, trauma survival and healing, gender identity, and sexuality. My approach is strength-based and trauma-informed, blending psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person centered approaches to suit the needs of each client.
