I firmly believe that every individual has innumerable strengths and inherent dignity, and sometimes we just need a little extra support to navigate life.
I incorporate evidence-based practices to help individuals, couples, and families thrive in body, mind, and spirit. Although I have varied experience in numerous mental health concerns and populations, I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults with the many challenges that arise during a time of heightened transition and uncertainty.

Groups
Anxiety and Stress Management
This new group invites high school juniors and seniors to learn skills to effectively manage stress surrounding the college application process. This group will help you learn the basics of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to recognize and challenge anxious thoughts to navigate the fall semester with less stress. There are two sessions - September 19th-October 24th and November 7th-December 12th.
