I have openings for new clients and so does Bozeman Counseling Center! We would love to have you reach out! Counseling can be a challenging, unfamiliar experience, and asking for support may be uncomfortable. I work to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for individual adults to share and process life's difficulties. So far, my experience has grown in relationships, self-esteem, body image, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity. I aim to approach mental health in a curious, open-minded manner. I believe working through challenges with a trusted other can create desired change.
I have created my personal counseling style through exploration and understanding of each person's unique story. I believe the narratives we come to know about ourselves may always be challenged, expanded, and even rewritten. I find great value in supporting others as they come to understand their power in expressing their authentic self.
I find that those who believe they have not benefitted from therapy in the past, were actually seeking direct interaction and feedback. I aim to meet those needs.
