I'm passionate about working with people navigating life transitions, and about supporting people navigating grief and loss. My work focuses on interpersonal and community relationships, grief, boundary setting, and life transitions. I also support those working through pregnancy, infertility, perinatal loss, and postpartum depression & anxiety, as well as supporting new parents. I am a queer-affirming therapist and passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folks, too.
My work is deeply rooted in the belief that we are a part of a greater community; while our focus will be on on you and your personal needs, I will support you in considering the ways you can connect with the different systems and people around you, too.
