I have a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and other life difficulties. I also enjoy guiding my clients in developing healthy boundaries in difficult relationships. It is essential for my clients to feel validated and provided a safe space in order to help them heal and be their authentic self. I guide my clients in processing their thoughts and feelings to help encourage personal growth and positive changes in their lives.
I employ a holistic approach to therapy with the realization that healing involves the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of each individual. I utilize person-centered and brief-solution focused counseling techniques. I believe that each person is capable of discovering their own personal strengths to help aid in their own growth and healing.
