My therapeutic approach is both flexible and tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. I take a strengths-based approach that is predominantly rooted in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. My belief is that the client is the expert of their own lives, with my job being to provide empathetic understanding, support, validation, and clarity during the more challenging times life throws your way. I also think a little humor never hurts!
I enjoy guiding individuals through depression, anxiety and stress, family issues, grief and loss, trauma, and transitional/phase of life challenges. I am very passionate about the concept that regardless of the challenges, recognition and self-awareness is one the foundational keys to success, which we can uncover together!
