During these times, it's easy to believe that we're alone and that nobody else understands us. I'm here to remind you that you're not alone. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe space founded on trust and authenticity, enabling clients to explore themselves without judgment and to feel supported on their journey to healing and self-discovery.
I work with a wide range of presenting problems and have a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families that are navigating relational challenges and or trauma. With a professional yoga background, I strive to bring mindfulness and movement into sessions with clients as I believe our bodies hold key insights into our emotional landscape.
