My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, safe, collaborative, authentic, and trusting environment for my clients. I am passionate about working with those who are experiencing challenges with their sexuality/gender identity, sexual self, relationships, self-esteem, and trauma. My clients can expect a genuine therapeutic relationship where all parts of them are welcome.
I have training in anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, grief, depression, LGBTQIA+, sexuality, shame, and trauma. I use a holistic approach with clients, specifically utilizing Internal Family Systems, somatic theory, EMDR, person-centered theory, psychodynamic theory, and multicultural theory.
