I specialize in ADHD and learning differences. I enjoy working with college students, adolescents, children, and their families as they work to navigate the various systems of today with learning differences and ADHD. My goal is to help children and adolescents manage their emotions and impulses to improve self esteem and overall decrease anxiety. When working with college students I can best support those navigating ADHD and anxiety in a college setting.
I offer assessment for ADHD and learning difficulties, along with psychotherapy for learning difficulties and anxiety. I utilize a CBT approach with interpersonal tenets and work to empower my patients.
I am eager to be active in this learning process with you and best help you navigate the various systems in life when struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and/or depression.
