I have experience working with children, teens, young adults and families. I am trained in therapeutic play, mindfulness, EMDR, CBT and Perinatal Mental Health. I specialize in grief, anxiety, depression, adjustment/life transitions and trauma. Additionally, I offer group therapy for teen girls.
I care about providing person-centered, trauma informed approaches while working with individuals. I offer telehealth and in person appointments at 2 locations.
