I focus on helping adult individuals heal from all forms of trauma, including emotional, physical, sexual, and attachment injuries. I specialize in using EMDR and inner child work to help clients heal from their past traumatic experiences.
The core of therapy centers around helping clients find and remove irrational and negative beliefs about themselves. Removing these destructive beliefs and replacing them with more self-affirming and self-empowering beliefs effectively resolves the trauma at its root. Healing is often rapid and complete allowing clients to be free of their traumatic past.
