I am a child and family counselor at Resilience Therapy. I have worked with children and young adults (ages 5-24) for the last ten years and it has become a passion of mine to be there to help them grow into individuals they are proud of. Personal experience has shown me that even in the toughest of times, strength can be found. That is where resilience is born. It is my goal to help each of my clients identify their strengths and learn to use them to build the life they want.
I strive to make sure that my clients know that I care. Counseling can be daunting, so I like to create a space where fun, communication, and trust thrive as I help my clients work through family relationship issues, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, self-esteem/self-love, and day-to-day difficulties.
I have a passion for family counseling and I enjoy helping to strengthen familial relationships, healthy communication and build trust. I am excited about starting this chapter of life as a newer resident of Tucson and working with Resilience Therapy to support the members of this community.
