Hi there! My name is Emily Bray and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified School Counselor from PK-12 with over 8 years of experience working clients of all ages and their families. I have a diverse professional background with experience in a wide array of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma and am passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate, and individualized care.
I take a multidisciplinary approach, which includes an eclectic mix of therapy interventions, as it is important to meet each individual where they are and to work together to develop a treatment plan that best serves the individual in reaching their goals. Creating a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings is a top priority.
