Hi! After years of working with individuals and families navigating everyday hurdles, I appreciate the time and effort it takes to venture into therapy. If you've been finding yourself struggling to relax, having relationship issues, or just not feeling motivated and like your best self, I can help you navigate and understand these feelings. I help my teen & adult clients by sharing education and methods to managing anxiety, working through depression, adapting to life transitions, processing trauma, and more. I also find that identifying & breaking the negative cycles we find ourselves in to then build positive connections with ourselves and others to be so valuable and empowering.
Having worked across diverse environments, I approach our sessions with a focus on your strengths, relationships, and trauma-informed care. Drawing from my master’s degree in Community & Trauma Counseling, as well as specialized training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, I'm committed to highlighting your skills and guiding you towards your goals.
