I have over 13 years of experience practicing therapy with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings who are dealing with a wide array of clinical issues. My main areas of clinical focus have been depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, anxiety, panic, trauma, and anger as well as behavioral, family, and interpersonal problems. I implement a strengths based, CBT approach to help my clients identify the systems at play negatively impacting their mental health and actively work with them on altering distressing symptoms to facilitate real and sustainable change. I utilize evidence based treatments and work with each client on a unique, individualized treatment plan suited for them.
