I am specialized in Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I use aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems. I work to provide a safe and warm environment for you to be who you truly need to be in order to find your true self.
My passion is to walk beside you on your healing journey. I hope to empower each individual to face their healing head on and know you are supported and safe in this environment.
