I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, am skilled in working with people of all ages, and especially enjoy working with children and mothers who are dealing with baby blues. I am adept at counseling a variety of personal relationships including parent/child and sibling relationships, persons going through major life transitions, post traumatic recovery/growth, and families dealing with perinatal and post partum depression. I help patients uncover their strengths and develop the skills they need to lead happier, authentic lives. I am intuitive, connected, and present during sessions and strive to help children and adults build their confidence and find their voice.
I am passionate about helping people and have spent the past twenty years working with families, and a variety of nonprofits. I work from a compassionate, strength based perspective and believe that everyone deserves support in their journey to achieve wholeness.
I am a native Oregonian, the mother of two children, and living on a small farm with a dog, cat, and a menagerie of goats and chickens.
