I'm passionate about joining people on their journey. I'm trauma informed & recognize the need for wholistic understanding in the relationship between mind & body. The process of embracing one’s story can be liberating. I'm passionate about joining with people to better understand how their stories have been shaped by their experiences. I seek to increase the expressive narratives in order to allow people to more holistically and diversely understand the complexities of humanity & show up as their authentic self. I am committed to providing supportive, nonjudgmental space to allow one to journey in painful places & embrace delight.
I specialize in communication, connection, identity and a sense of self as we navigate the changes and challenges in relationships. I am trained in EFT and Brainspotting. I am a trauma informed therapist, meaning I have extensive training, including DBT and body based therapies, to come along side and support you in a way that works for you.
Entering therapy can be a difficult decision. In our initial appointment, we will talk about your goals. I'll work with you to create a plan to achieve those results. I am warm and accepting of where you are in n your journey and what your life experiences have been while balancing your desires to make change or come to a deeper understanding or acceptance.
