Hello! For the past 20 years, I have had the pleasure of working with children, teens and adults in the areas of anxiety, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, grief, attachment and behaviors issues. I am always seeking to observe and understand my clients’ needs through a trifocal lens of Attachment, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Trained in EMDR in 2007, I view EMDR as one of the most powerful tools in the therapeutic tool chest. I often use EMDR alongside a myriad of CBT, play/art therapy, “parts” work, mindfulness and relaxation, EFT tapping, sensory, and somatic healing strategies.
I also enjoy using EMDR to help athletes with performance enhancement to ‘Up’ their Mental Game! I work with athletes to identify, target, and clean out the barriers that might be getting in the way of the athlete being able to consistently let their skills and talent flow.
