Instead of focusing on each problem you are experiencing, let’s work together to develop ways to have better disagreements and to manage that conflict. With your knowledge of what works and hasn’t worked in your relationship, we can create goals that work on effective relationship skills. There are two different service options to fit your needs. First, The 3-Day Workshop is unlike traditional therapy, and is tailored to provide you with practical tools in a personalized setting. It is recommended for couples who want to level up. The second service is weekly couples therapy to delve into the fundamental, underlying causes of your challenges.
Couples wait an average of 6 years before seeking therapy! Relationships are challenging - whether they are 10 months or 20 years long. Our lives, stress levels, family dynamics, and career can impact on our relationship. I hope we can build skills to get you guys through the current stresses, but also the future stresses yet to come!
