My goal in therapy is to assist you in finding the best version of yourself. For so many, our best qualities are stuck behind trauma, learned behaviors, and negative thinking. I am here to help you unpack the hurt you’ve been through and make sense of it. If you feel like you don't really know yourself or you're just kind of going through the motions - I want to help you find purpose within your day to day lives. Time is going to move no matter what. With a little help from some therapy, I hope that you'll start to feel more in control of your life and your time.
I have experience in counseling a wide variety of clients, but my passions lie in trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and low self esteem, affecting teens and adults
