Now scheduling for October 2024! I work with children and adolescents on issues such as anxiety and OCD, grief, ADHD, and emotional regulation. With young children, I use a child-centered approach to play, following the child's lead and making space for growth. I believe play is the child's language and that children heal through play when given safe space and support to explore. Children in my practice love coming to play! With older children and adolescents I take a strengths based approach and trust the client to lead.
For clients of all ages, I believe that our past informs our present and future. When we experience pain or trauma it can lead to us feeling at the mercy of our mind and body. I help clients get in touch with those feelings - not simply to relive them but to find healing and a felt sense of safety.
