Is it becoming more and more difficult to get out of bed or complete everyday activities? As someone who has faced my own hard times and has needed additional support and guidance at times, I know the importance of having strategies that are useful, that can easily be incorporated into your daily life, and that you can use when you need them most.
My goal is not to tell others what they should do or provide advice on what I think is best. My goals are to hear each person’s individual story, identify their needs and strengths, and work collaboratively with them to find strategies that can assist them in improving their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings.
