This world, and being human, is overwhelming, and it can be so hard not to solely focus on these larger, and individual struggles we experience. What I aim to offer is the space to pause, and reconnect with the rest of who you are. I have worked with folks navigating anxiety, depression, grief, dual diagnosis, and folks identifying 2SLGBTQ+. I invite you to simply be, with the company of curiosity, and compassion. I work with individuals 18 years or older only.
I offer a conversational, casual style with person centered, strengths based, holistic, and trauma informed therapies at the core of my practice. I also have a background of expressive arts and drama therapies. I offer telehealth and/or in person treatment.
