Life is full of challenges both big and small. My goal in therapy is to create a safe space for individuals, couples, or families to feel empowered to take on whatever life brings them, whether it seems too overwhelming to handle or too minor to matter. Anything that matters to you is worth talking about. My goal is to help clients work through their concerns and create a story for themselves that feels authentic and unique to their personal strengths.
I use a variety of therapeutic models to help in my work, with connection being at the core. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, faith crisis/transition, couple/family conflict, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I enjoy working with teens and young adults, but am open to seeing clients of all ages and backgrounds.
