It's the end of another long "day in paradise" at your job. You're burned out, and when you get home, so is your spouse. You get in to a fight, and afterwards you feel angry, like there's something wrong with you, and that you're completely alone. I know what it's like to struggle in life, and feel alone. You sense that something in you is broken, that no one can help, that no one cares. I get it, I want to help, and I will help. I work with adults who are exhausted from doing it on their own, desperate to get unstuck and want to achieve the best version of themselves, but have no clue about how to do it.
I offer a supportive space where my clients will feel comfortable with sharing their burdens and working through them together. I use an integrative approach that incorporates elements of Strengths-Based therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I work with clients to develop perspective, and move towards a place of peace and personal growth. I know it's uncomfortable and frightening to take a leap of faith, and I'm here to help you live a life free of regret and filled with possibility, hope, and potential.
