We use the therapeutic relationship as a model to create healthier relationships with yourself and others.

As integrative clinicians, we provide psychotherapy services within a holistic framework. We work with you to understand the underlying cause for mental health challenges and symptoms and consider all elements of health and wellbeing in treatment. Our specialization is working with clients facing trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, and adjustments.

In these difficult political times and leading up to the election, this trans support group serves as a crucial, safe space marked by intentionality, compassion, and connection. It offers deliberate, empathetic support through carefully planned sessions and trauma-informed facilitation. Members build connections, celebrating milestones and sharing resources, while addressing both immediate concerns and long-term goals. It fosters community, provides advocacy and education, and helps develop personal skills. Members gain safety, security, and shared understanding, enhancing their resilience and sense of belonging.
