I use skills from a variety of therapeutic techniques to fit your sessions to your needs, plus a bit of humor.
I utilize a variety of skills within my practice to meet the needs of each individual client. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) that has been very effective with childhood trauma, adult-onset trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, attachment concerns, and more.
