Whether it's starting college, coming to terms with a new disability, coming out, changing careers etc. major life transitions can be a time of incredible stress and pain as well as profound growth. It can feel impossible to make time to process the barrage of thoughts and feelings swirling around your head (and where do you even start?). You need someone to not just listen but to help you untangle the mess. Someone who can help you understand both internal and systemic barriers to wellness. Immediate availability for 1:1 Therapy! I offer traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and incorporate spiritual practices like tarot and reiki for those interested. I also offer traditional group talk therapy as well as groups grounded in spiritual tools like tarot and creative tools like poetry. My goal is to create opportunities that counteract isolation and helplessness in an oppressive world.
I know you've been told by our culture that there is something wrong with you for experiencing sadness, for struggling to find meaning, that you should be able to be productive 100% of the time, that your body, your brain, who you love and how you exist are wrong. Happy Pride! It’s Time to Access Community! This not-therapy-but-still-therapeutic 10 session group intends to create safe and celebratory space for those that occupy both fat bodies and queer bodies. We will meet every other week for 1hr sessions. Every Other Thursday @12pm PST Virtual Via Zoom (Start Date TBD once we have a minimum number of sign ups). Cost: $35-$85 sliding scale per session. Population: Those who identify as fat and part of the LGBTQ+ community/Adults 18+ in the US

Sacred Body is Back! This 10 session virtual support group brings together groups within the spiritual community that share common experiences of invalidation and alienation. Whether you live in a larger body, a disabled body or a chronically ill body, this group seeks to create a safe space for you to exist exactly as you are. Open to all genders and levels of theism. Population: fat and/or disabled and/or chronically ill witches/pagans/spiritual seekers. Time slot: Every Other Thursday @5pm PST (start date TBD). Cost: $35-$85 sliding scale
