My role is to collaborate with you, create a safe space to speak frankly and without judgement, foster a journey of self-discovery, authentic living, and transformation within a complex world.
I work with creatives, addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and any searcher feeling stranded. I’m guided by the teachings of Carl Jung to help you uncover unconscious patterns hindering growth through dreamwork, archetypes, and active imagination. I also use EMDR to process traumatic memories and decrease emotional baggage from past events.
With a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in creative writing, I believe in the power of storytelling as a therapeutic tool. Together, we will uncover the layers of your experience, tap into your inner strengths, and foster resilience.
