I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and Oregon with competency working with adults who have experienced shame, nightmares, flashbacks, anxiety, feelings of numbness, depression, and addictive behaviors. I operate from a trauma-focused perspective and use EMDR, ego state interventions, Flash Technique, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
