Hi! I'm Emily Warpinski, an EMDR Therapist. I am passionate about empowering people to live a healthy and balanced life full of peace and joy. We all are wounded and may even feel broken at times. And at the same time, we seek to live and to love and to connect with the world around us. EMDR therapy can help transform past traumatic or negative experiences into a life of joy, peace, and connection. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable and able to be open, honest, and vulnerable.
Through EMDR therapy we can work together to explore your past and current self, and find healing and wholeness. Together, we will get curious about your life experiences and how they’re impacting your present and future. We’ll use your inner strength to process past experiences to help you through your transformation and create positive change in your life.
