As an EMDR Therapy practitioner & Neurofeedback Technician, I love helping the "kids who grew up, survive and thrive" because they KNOW they can do, live and love more. My clients Laugh more and Live more fully, sooner and sometimes for the first time in their lives. EMDR Therapy and Neurofeedback cannot be used in conjunction with EMDR psychotherapy. However, Neurofeedback enhances brain retraining non-medically. The 45 mins of rest-time works beautifully
PTSD and Trauma in adults takes a heavy physical toll and distressing memories build upon each other, making life and relationships difficult as well as learning from past mistakes. EMDR Therapy has proven its' worth in the deep satisfaction and healing, when clients explore these distressing memories. Neurofeedback assists by retraining our brain.
My clients are safe with EMDR Therapy. They find emotional memory fades, using the latest, up-to-date my EMDR Therapy practice tailored to fit each individual clients' needs. EMDR processes trauma and Neuro-Optimal retrains and relaxes the "overloaded brain" at another time of a clients' choosing. Better sleep, better thinking skills and less stress!
