With each patient I utilize a case-specific approach, tailoring evidence-based clinical modalities for a customized and effective therapy experience.
My work focuses primarily on supporting clients who are struggling with issues related to trauma(s) as well as various addictions. I largely utilize Somatic Experience Psychotherapy to address core issues, issues that are not easily resolved strictly through traditional talk therapy.
