Feeling unsure of why you feel and act the way you do can be an isolating experience. I assist my clients in navigating day-to-day life by helping them increase their awareness of what is happening within and around them and by providing them with tools to manage life’s ups and downs. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who experience a wide range of mental health issues stemming from trauma. Through mind-body-spirit work, I engage with my clients to help them heal their trauma wounds.
Everyone experiences life in their own unique way, which is why I take an integrative approach to therapy, mostly incorporating EMDR therapy to treat trauma and other distressing life experiences. I provide a non-judgmental space that allows my clients to feel heard. I will partner with you to guide and support you, always being mindful to follow your lead.
Life can oftentimes be hectic, so I do my best to accommodate busy schedules. I am available evenings and weekends for those who work and go to school.
