I most often use Solution Focused Brief Therapy to address client concerns and teach/demo mindfulness-based stress reduction for trauma-related issues.

Meeting 2 hours per month for 6 months to discuss therapy work with therapist colleagues and facilitated by myself, a Clinical Supervisor accredited by the IACP. Cost is 12 hours for 360.
