For over 13 years, I have worked with a wide range of individuals with various diagnoses and concerns including anxiety, OCD, panic, major depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, life transitions, stress, ADHD, peer and relationship issues, grief and loss, family conflict, bipolar, SPMI, and chronic health issues.
My primary treatment modalities include CBT, client-centered therapy, ERP, ACT, and solution-focused, however I tailor the therapeutic process to meet the individual needs of my clients.
