I gained experience counseling children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings including private practice, and mental health facilities. Within these settings, I’ve enjoyed working with children, teens, and adults to help them navigate through issues arising from trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral problems, and self-esteem.
