I would love to co-create a space of empowerment, safety, and healing with you, your children and/or your family. My therapeutic approach is one of empathy, gentleness, free of shame or judgment, and based in finding joy in life. I work from a variety of modalities including arts-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, and person centered.
I work with mainly with children and their parents but do see adults as well. My background is in crisis intervention and working with anxiety, depression, trauma, behaviors, and other mood disorders. I want to partner with you and your family to create an individual and unique therapy space in order address whatever needs you are coming with.
